Project Overview

As part of my graduate experience in media management, I joined the Philly Ad Club to lead social media strategy and content creation for two of its signature events: Inside the C-Suite: CMO Series and the Impact & Innovation Series. These events brought together top marketing professionals and innovators from across the region, and my work focused on elevating their digital reach.

This project allowed me to apply both creative and analytical skills, translating event goals into engaging content that strengthened the club’s brand and expanded its online presence.

My Contribution

In my role as a media strategist, I developed and executed cross-platform content strategies to drive awareness and engagement:

  1. Designed and scheduled Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and event teasers

  2. Conducted audience research to optimize content tone and timing

  3. Collaborated with designers, photographers, and writers to produce on-brand multimedia assets

  4. Used tools like Hootsuite, Instagram Insights, and Meta Business Suite to track and report performance

Working with Philly Ad Club sharpened my ability to bridge content strategy and brand storytelling in real time. I gained confidence in managing multi-channel campaigns and learned how to turn live event energy into scroll-stopping digital moments.

What I Learned

This experience proved that thoughtful storytelling—paired with data and creativity—can turn a one-time event into lasting brand engagement.
